3½ cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup soften butter
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs

Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
milk (add 1 tbs at a time to sugar too a light consistency for drizzling on cookie)

Cream together, butter, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and eggs. Incorprate flour into this mixture until fully incorporated.

1. Line meatloaf pan with Saran Wrap and put dough into this pan. 2. Cover and refrigerate to set for 1 hour in refrigerator. Cut into approx.
1" strips.
3. On a cookie sheet, place parchment paper and spray with nonstick oil.
4. Place strips of cookie dough leaving about 1/4 inch inbetween strips.
5. Bake at 325 degrees for approximate 15 - 18 minutes.
6. Flip cookie strips with bottom now on top and cool on wire rack.
7. Drizzle with icing
