1/2 pound ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 to 1 head cabbage, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup
1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom
1. Brown ground beef in a large pot; add chopped garlic and onion and sauce till onion is soft. Add seasonings. Drain any excess grease.
2. Add Tomato Soup and Cream of Mushrooms - add little water to rinse cans and add to mixture. Stir and when well incorporated, add in chopped cabbage. Mix well, bring to boil then simmer for about 30 minutes.
Variation: add less cabbage and also add cooked macaroni, amount to your liking.
Leftover? Store in refrigerator 3-4 days.
Freeze? Yes you may but if you have a lot of cabbage, the cabbage will get mushy.
