Ingredients

1 8-oz. somen noodles
kamaboku
seasoned ocean salad
seasoned aburage (found either in freezer section; also available in Asian section of market, sold in can)

Dressing:
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
3-4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

OR:
Original Tropic Dressing (bottled)

Recommended Instructions

1. Cook somen noodles according to package.
2. Cut kamaboko (diced or thin short strips)
3. Mix all ingredients together. Add Kamaboko and ocean salad to your liking (no specific quantity)
4. Add Dressing and mix. If using Oriental Tropics Dressing, add to taste.
5. stuff aburage
