3 large eggs
Imitation Crab Meat (amount desired)
Optional: fresh mushrooms, bell peppers, onion, green onion

Recommended Instructions

You will need:
Large stock pot with cover to boil water (deep enough to cover bag)
Quart size Ziploc bag

Crack eggs into the Ziploc bag. Add your desired condiments and squish bag to mix eggs and condiments. Release all of the air and lock Ziploc bag. Place bag in boiling water, cover pot and cook for 13 minutes. When done, be careful while removing the Ziploc bag (very hot). Open bag and squeeze omlet roll out of bag.
Optional: You may add one sheet nori (seaweed) into the egg mixture and making sure you have it centered within the mixture.
