Sauce:
1 or 1/2 cup sugar *
1 or 1/2 cup shoyu *
1 clove garlic, minced
2 or 3 Hawaiian red chili peppers, minced
green onions, minced
sesame seeds, optional
* Use 1 cup shoyu and sugar for 4-5 lbs. chicken
Wash chicken with salt before frying.
Coat chicken with flour and deep fry. Immediately dip fried chicken in sauce before putting on platter.
