1 cup garlic cloves, peeled
2/3 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon mustard seed

Recommended Instructions

1. Boil garlic for 3 mintes; drain; transfer garlic to jar.

2. Combine the rest of the ingredients and boil till sugar and salt dissolve.

3. Pour hot solution into jars of garlic.

4. Let cool at room temperature for at least 8 hours.
