2 potatoes, cut in 1" cube
1 onion, cut in 1" cube
1 green onion, cut in 1 1/2" length
1 carrot, cut in 1" cube
1 bunch sweet potato noodles (Korean noodles), soaked in cold water
and cut noodles when it's softened so it's not too long
Sauce:
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1. Wash chicken in cold water, remove fat
2. Add water to chicken in pot & boil for a few minutes, just till pink color is not visible.
3. Drain water and rinse chicken in cold water.
4. Add chicken to pot.
5. Add sauce and about 3 cups water.
6. Add carrots and potato and cook for about 10 minutes.
7. Add onions and noodles and cook for another 30 minutes or until noodles have cooked properly.
