8 oz Sweet Potato Noodles (Korean)
4 oz. lean beef
6 oz. fresh spinach
1 small onion
5 shiitake mushroom
1 small carrot
oil for frying
salt & pepper to taste

3 T soy sauce
2 1/2 T white sugar
2 T sesame oil
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp ko choo jang sauce

Recommended Instructions

Beef (teriyaki or bulgogi), cut in 2" strips
Noodles: Soak and boil as directed on package, rinse & drain
Onions: slice thinly
Carrots: julienne
Shiitake Mushrooms: soak and slice
Spinach: blanche, and slice

May stir fry vegetables separately in little oil and set aside.
Cook beef in little oil, add vegetables, mixing thoroughly.
Add noodles, mixing thoroughly
Add sauce, mixing thoroughly
