pinch of Hawaiian salt
1 tsp. black pepper
dash of allspice
3 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
1 Hawaiian chili pepper, crushed
1/2 to 1 cup cider vinegar

Recommended Instructions

Mix all ingredients except cider vinegar, then add 1/2 to 1 cup cider vinegar (depending on the amount of "meat" you are soaking. Place your beef, pork, chicken or turkey into the mixture and add water to cover. Marinate in refrigerator in a glass bowl for at least two days.

Remove from marinate before cooking..

Roast in conventional oven or NuWave Oven as you would normally do your roast

Delicious and family enjoyed. Cooked it too long and it was dry but tasty.
Must remember to not cook as long next time. Cooked @ 425 should lower heat to 375 perhaps.
