1# ogo
1 chili pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tsp sesame seed
2 tsp sesame oil
garlic, minced
green onion, minced
round onion, sliced thinshG2Fs

Sauce:
1/2 c Japanese vinegar
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp shoyu

Recommended Instructions:

Clean ogo; pour boiling water and let stand for 3 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain.

Boil sauce and let cool.

Mix all ingredients together and pour cooled sauce over all. Refrigerate.
